You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Quotes provided are estimates and are subject to final underwriting and verification of reports (such as driving records or claims history) by the carrier.

Limitation of Liability

Alexis Cozzi is not liable for any technical issues, third-party carrier decisions, or damages resulting from the use of this website.

Voice & Text Communications

• Consent to Calls: By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive voice calls from Alexis Cozzi or her team regarding your insurance inquiry or policy. These calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
• Do Not Call: We respect your privacy. If you wish to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, please inform the team member during a call or contact us at Lexi@AlexisCozziAgent.com.
